9. Products Return- Replacement
You have the right to return the products you have purchased and ask for their replacement.
A) In all cases in which with established liability of www.saiti.gr wrong products where sold or products of bad and defective quality, (mistake in taking the order, pricing, shipping, destroyed during transport or bad packing).
B) In all cases with a real problem or defection of the product. In all these cases the return and replacement time limit cannot be extended more than (4) calendar days from the receiving day. Additionally for all cases the returned-repaired product must necessarily be returned with the prototyped receipt.
For the above cases the returned-repaired products must be in the same condition they where when delivered to the customer, complete and not damaged, right packing and in good condition, with all papers that go along with the product (retail receipt…). Before return it’s recommended to communicate with the e-shop of «SAITI PUBLICATIONS S.A».
If they are not returned in 4 days, «SAITI PUBLICATIONS S.A», has the right not to accept whatever return-replacement.
10. Payment

11. Orders delayment
You order may be delayed for these reasons:
In cases involving orders for special structures, (eg installation of icon chosen by the client).
In times of extreme weather conditions, strikes, as well as a major force case that will affect your transportation and delivery orders.
In case a telephone or e-mail communication isn’t possible (if a problem with your order occurs, relative to the product or the payment) because your registered data hasn’t been updated.
12. Wholesale customers
Customers who have stores or are interested about a wholesale pricelist have to fill in a form given to them with information and state their intention at the comments area. Our company after checking all information an in 2 working days will be responsible to approve your entrance permit at the wholesale price list.
13. VAT Charge
Ιn the wholesale price list, the prices do not include VAT. On the contrary final sales price list is charged with the statutory VAT.
